He is earning his doctorate from Baylor University; his Masters of Divinity is from Gateway Seminary and his B.A. is in English Literature from West Texas A&M University. He enjoys spending time with his family and church, reading, drinking coffee, working out, mountain biking, and skiing. Most of all, he loves Jesus Christ and serving him in Santa Fe!

Associate Pastor of Family Ministry & Education
Chris received his Master of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is a graduate from West Texas A&M University with a B.B.A. in Finance. Chris is married to Hannah and they have 3 children at home and 1 in Heaven. He loves adventuring with his familia, eating good food, listening to music, and being outdoors. Above all, he treasures Jesus and is passionate about making disciples in Santa Fe and beyond!

Linda is a native New Mexican and has served on our staff for over 26 years! She and her husband John have two adult children and four grandchildren. She is an integral part of FBC and it is her honor and privilege to serve this church.

Herman is a native New Mexican and has been married to Loretta for over 20 years. He loves camping and traveling. His service is critical to the stewardship of our facilities and ministries of our church.

Charlotte Witt
Financial Secretary
Charlotte enjoys the opportunity to apply her accounting skills to serve the First Baptist Church family. She and her husband Steve are Santa Fe natives, they have two daughters and two black labs that keep them busy. You will find her serving in various areas of the church, but she has a heart for youth and women's ministry. Charlotte is so grateful to be on staff with such an amazing team that work together to serve the Lord and our church.
Dayanna Hernandez

Dayanna graduated from UTEP with a degree in Public Relations, a minor in English: Rhetoric & Writing Studies, and a concentration in advertising. She is a newlywed to Marcos and loves people, photography, watching movies, music, organization, and trying new things. Above all, she loves the Lord and is passionate about serving Him and the community of Santa Fe!
